  • Each session is about 50 minutes.

  • No, we prioritize personalized care without insurance limitations.

    However, we are happy to offer courtesy billing to submit claims on your behalf. Additionally, we can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance.

  • No worries! Your first session will involve an intake process where we discuss your background, concerns, and goals.

  • Everyone’s journey is different. Some find short-term therapy (6-12 sessions) helpful, while others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll evaluate together.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.
